I arrived late and was stuck outside for ages, which was frustrating, especially since I saw staff inside. The room itself was cozy and had everything I needed except a kettle. The bar downstairs had a decent menu and was open late, which was a plus. Nice bed, though I wish check-in was smoother!

The stay was decent for a family of four, mainly serving as a base while we explored the attractions in Swindon. The location was convenient, as we could easily walk to many places of interest. The biggest highlight was having a comfortable double bed and a compact bathroom, which was quite handy for our needs. the lack of basic tea and coffee facilities in the room was a bit disappointing.
